Born in Vancouver, and raised in Surrey, Dr. G. Dhott completed his undergraduate studies on nearby Vancouver Island at the University of Victoria where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology. For his graduate studies, he went on to the Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon, where he successfully obtained his Doctorate of Optometry. 

 

Beginning his career in Phoenix, Dr. Dhott practiced at Nationwide Vision’s Diabetic Eye Center where he managed eye care for diabetic patients, in addition to providing primary care exams and contact lens fits. He was then promoted to the head optometrist at Nationwide Vision’s Pediatric Eye Center and worked exclusively with pediatric and special needs patients of all ages. After spending a number of years in the Phoenix area, and working with patients from all walks of life, Dr. Dhott returned to Surrey to serve his hometown community. Dr. Dhott is now the director of optometric services at Sullivan Optometry.

 

Dr. Dhott enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, and going on adventures with his dog. He’s all about being healthy and values a lifestyle centered around vitality. You may see him out in the community playing ice hockey, hiking, mountain biking, or snowboarding just to name a few of his favorite activities.
